The 1N5333B through 1N5388B JEDEC registered series of axial-leaded 5.0-watt Zener’s is a comprehensive selection of Zener diodes ranging from 3.3 to 200 volts, each with specific tolerances denoted by a suffix letter on the part number. These Zener diodes are encapsulated in plastic and have a moisture classification of “Level 1,” eliminating the need for a dry pack. With their low thermal resistance design, they can be operated at high maximum DC currents with proper heat sinking. For applications requiring higher or lower power, Microchip also offers a variety of other Zener products
