The LM34DM is a precision integrated-circuit temperature sensor that provides a direct voltage output proportional to Celsius temperature. It has an accuracy of ±0.5°C at room temperature and a range of -50°C to 150°C. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 4V to 30V and draws a low supply current of 350μA, making it suitable for low-power applications.The LM34DM has a linear output voltage that varies by 10mV per degree Celsius, enabling easy interfacing with analog-to-digital converters for temperature measurements. It is housed in an 8-pin metal can package, which provides good thermal conduction for accurate temperature sensing.The sensor is calibrated directly in Celsius temperature, eliminating the need for external calibration.
